Terms and Conditions

 
  1. Once you have paid the agreed-upon price for the tour, we are in agreement with you. We are in charge of planning the entire trip, including the travel component, and in the event that anything goes wrong, such as a trip cancellation for whatever reason, we are completely released from any liability.
  2. The most crucial thing to keep in mind is that we disclaim all responsibility for any kind of bodily harm, death, delay, loss, or damage.
  3. If you lack any necessary travel documentation, such as valid visas or vaccination records, you will not be allowed to board the transport medium. Please verify on your own if you are eligible to enter the listed destination because we are not responsible for your visas or any other form of legal requirement. Also, our guides/trip leader will verify that you are carrying a valid passport and a valid visa. If you do not produce the previously said documents then you will not be allowed to continue the trip. There will be no refunds as well. We reserve the right to not allow that individual to continue the journey. 
  4. Children between the age 0 – 2 years are free to accompany their parents during the trip. 
  5. Children under the age 2 – 4 years have to pay 50%  with no seat occupancy.
  6. Children with 5 years and above will have to pay 100 % as they will be requiring a full seat.
  7. However if you need an additional seat for your kid then we will charge you full amount.
  8. Booking your travel itinerary with us is only appropriate if you meet the prerequisites for the intended location.
  9. We hold the right to reject/approve any payments without any reason.
  10. We don’t provide any insurance for our travel packages, not even health or personal insurance, nor do we cover any kind of losses, damage, or catastrophes while traveling.
  11. Only mandatory German guarantees are followed by us in the case of insolvency or bankruptcy.
  12. We are not responsible for any traffic conditions caused by any circumstances. You do not reserve the right to cancel any trip on account of bad weather/bad traffic conditions. 
  13. Without warning, we retain the right to change the itineraries.
  14. Night stays at hostels are only offered for excursions lasting more than one day. They are also not single rooms but dormitories with several beds, though private rooms can be requested and given upon payment of an additional fee and subject to availability.
  15. We collaborate with numerous partners from various industries, such as hotels, hostels, campgrounds, and guided tour operators. All of these partnerships are governed by the terms and conditions they provide.
  16. The trip might be cancelled due to any reason and we will refund all the customers who already booked in advance.
  17. Most of our offers are final, but one may transfer purchases to another person; this is acceptable to us so that we don’t suffer any losses. There is no charge for this change in character.
  18. If previously negotiated, we only offer services such as tours, guides, breakfast, and dinners at the stated locations.
  19. Only after we have received your payment into our account will we be able to confirm your trip arrangements with us.
  20. We only provide 100% refunds for journeys lasting 4 weeks (28 days). 80% refund for 3 weeks (21 days). 50% refund for 2 weeks (14 days). If you cancel with in 2 weeks of travel then there will be 0% refund.
  21. Only hand luggage weighing no more than 5 kg and one checked bag weighing no more than 8 kg are permitted on board. We accept no liability for any theft, loss, or damage to your luggage.
  22. During each trip, we’ll take group images, which we’ll use both for marketing and to add to our website. Please remember this.
